i]day two for me now which is my up day,found it a bit hard yesterday to stick to it but did it yeah, did feel quite hungary but knew i could eat more today,weighed myself this morning and lost three pounds yay,also realised i am no good at converting stones to pounds as its all wrong from my start weight oops never mind the poundage lost is right so i will stick with it.

well 3 days before i restart the judd up day down day diet again.it worked really well last time combined with the wii fit board,i lost 19lb in three months.
keeping the weight off has been a bonus as i usually diet and then when i stop it goes straight back on, NOT THIS TIME.i plan to keep it off.
its five months now til the wedding so i cant put it back on,realistically i have 28lb to lose to get to my ideal weight but 14 lb i aim to loose over the next 3 months thats more achievable

IF YOU FALL GET STRAIGHT BACK ON, AND KEEP GOING DONT PUNISH YOURSELF JUST AIM TO BE BETTER THE NEXT DAY
