day3; today I'm am trying a new (healthy)recipe the carrots and honey one. i walk 40min today.

day 2: start challenge walk 5 days a week for 30 min. Today i walk 45 minutes, so i was successful. School start the day after Labor day (step. 6) Want to be in at least a little bit better shape. Have to be careful about Lunches, many unhealthy choices there, but they taste so good. :(

I don't think the little change in weight is by exercise because i Know my weight varies a few lb.
