Calories are better today. Drank my liquid breakfast stayed full until dinner (well sorta of) and went grocery shopping for diet desserts. I love dessert. Bought skinny cow n fudgecycles n popcorn. Ate about 803/12 cals. Might go back for a skinny cow not sure.

I skipped breakfast which consist of powdered drink, and I am hungry. Ate more today than any other day. I want to put my caloric intake in the calorie journal but i am having the hardest time finding my foods and calories. So I will do it manually.
