today I started my new eating plan of 1000-1300 calories aday this plan helps me getting in all my fiber. it. also helps me learn how how to maintain a healthy Wright when I get to goal.
well doing a very low calorie diet last month really hurt my body last month I plan on sticking to this plan for the rest of my life. well its almost my birthday I hope I can make it to 182 my then but if only lose one pound this week ilk be happy after all this is the new plan for life.

on 1/3/09 i started only eating natural foods no more eating process foods anymore. at least till my birthday
i guess i am giving myself a birthday challenge i hope to lose 11lbs in 35 days well i hope i can do it. but even if i don't make it to that 11lbs any pounds would be great. well this is day 5 of my low calorie diet with natural food.
