I tried to stay busy this whole weekend, cleaning the house really well. walking around and eating very little. I stayed with the squash diet and did not feel too hungry.

I weighed today and I am up 1.8 pounds. I was so careful this week. I stayed under the calories allowed but still managed to gain weigh. I notice that my socks are cutting about 1/2 inch into my legs. Pitting edema.
