Its been a long two weeks.. I have been busy with work and just life in general. I'm starting back this week recording what I'm eating.. doing my best to make time to do so! I went to the gym last night, it felt good to get my heart rate up again, but I couldn't sleep last night! I'm going to the gym tonight after work. I discovered even though I can go to the gym by myself.. that its easier to go when I make a date with a friend to go to the gym like last night and now today. They are owning me to going! I haven't weighted myself because my battery in my scale is dead, but I will make time to go to the store to buy new one today! I hope I haven't gained anything... I don't think I have... my clothes are fitting loose on me and I feel as weird as this may sound.. that I have lost "love handle" on my backside and I'm starting to look slim when you look straight at me. Its amazing feeling.. so if its gain , I know I have lost inches and at the end of that.. that's the same for now! I hope everyone has good week!

This week.. I'm going to need more time! I'm working 10 hours of overtime in 4 days.. so I'm working 11 hour days Monday thur Friday. I'm going to try to go to the gym tomorrow morning before work, depending on what time I'm able to go to bed tonight. I have been taking the stairs at work..gotta do something to get my body moving! Plus, the superbowl probably did my diet in.. oops! But I did just taste everything but still.. we will see Friday. I hope everyone week goes well!

!!! Last night I went to Old Navy to buy new pair of jeans, all my jeans have been real baggy and even if with a belt on I keep them up! LOL! I was previously a size 18 there, but last night... at 7 minutes to 9pm... I tried on the size 16.. and guess what.. they are little loose too.. but I'm not size 14 just yet! Maybe another 20 to 30 lbs more! YAY!! I'm wearing them right now.. and honestly.. they fit so nice I can't tell they are on! Also, please remember to

today, its Heart Awarness Day. I'm wearing a red shirt, my dad had a heart attack in December (his second one) and my uncle just had heart attack in January, its very real in my life. But it should be for everyone.. heart disease is the #1 killer in women & men. Okay... now off my soapbox! I also managed to lose weight this week without going to gym, because the weather here in NC has been crazy and the roads are horrible. I can't believe I made into work today.. its snowing again just after last weekend we got 10inches of SNOW! I received some advice from someone on here, its amazing... I took what she said.. and guess what... you see it.. I lost 2.6lbs since last week! Now if I can do it again, I can lose all the weight I gained last week. But, I'm okay! Thank you everyone for your thoughts and advice, it means a LOT to me!

I have a rough week, even though I have been going to the gym. I haven't made the right choices with foods. To top it all off, I have been bloated & constipated. I would like to know what do you do when you are constipated? I normally take laxtaive but I know that makes your G.I. lazy and fiber doesn't work on me. So go figure! Help!

Happy Tuesday Everyone! I had hard time falling to sleep last night, so no gym this morning for me! I'm going to the gym tonight to go swimming.. I'm hoping for like 50 laps in hour (its 25 yr pool) . I use to be a swimmer in high school, I use to be so tone and lean. I want that back! How does everyone else balance life & exerice or diet? It seems like there is always enough hours in the day for me.
