Hello my name is Rickquette. I am 39 years old and I have been heavy all of my life basically. I have been dieting here and there but always seem to fall off but I never get back up until I get bigger or start breathing funny. I have 5 children that I love so much and I want to be here for them when they get older. I am about 100 pound overweight and I cant do this on my own. I do have a facebook public figure page that people follow me just for accountability and sometimes I fall short from that. I count calories and I do alot of walking because that is my enjoyment.
