02 August 2018

I've been doing intermittent fasting by eating clean but occasional bad food plus beer lol. But I've decided to take this very serious and turning up the heat. After this log...I will be going on a 60 day veggie juice detox. This isn't a temporary thing. The 60 day detox is a way to reset your body completely and heal it's self, the result of that healing will be one of that of weight lost. After the 60 days I will return to eating solid fruits and veggies. The life style I am going to adopt is a plant based lifestyle. Starting today 8/2/18...I will weigh myself on each Monday morning. I won't clock anything or count calories. Going to operate on sheer discipline and be as natural as possible. I will couple this with taking my Mens one a days, up to a gallon of water a day, and calisthenics 3 days a week combined with only walking and burpees...see you all at the end of September!

leh'go! lol

Sticking to my goals:

- Diet: All Plant Based/Vegan (lifestyle change, no fad/temp)
- currently staying away from all starchy foods for two months
- eating all green leafy foods and taking certain herbs for dinner (so one meal a day).
- I drink water all day and mix Green Superfood by Amazing Grass in my water to get it Alkaline.
- going through a cleanse of all animal protein: fasting for this month and next month. so I fast everyday and eat one meal in the evenings.
- by october I will re-introduce the full vegan diet and healthy starch's such as beans, sweet potatoes, imitation meats (for when I'm having that itch lol), spelt bread/speghetti, pancakes etc. and all the spectrum of good Plant Based diet meals.

Stop believing the misleading fads of these so-called fitness gurus and others who say you don't get any energy and enough protein. I get plenty when I'm eating the full spectrum of the Plant Based diet. When you eat a complete plant based diet your body starts to go back to it's original and natural state so you lose weight regardless but you still have to be active. Once I'm done with my cleanse and reintroduce all the good foods (the right way) and the starch to gain a little bit of my size back I'm good to go. Doing all this has forced me to learn good discipline as well so all of that blowing back up is BS. Set your mind to it, develop the discipline, and when you come out on the other end you're going to be a champ.

Good luck to you all in any diet you choose and keep pushing. Just sharing my story.
