Made it back to the gym this morning before my onsite massage event! I was happy with that. I did 40 min of cardio and then free weights again, this time with the whoppin' 6 pounders-lol! Ohh well, after that and 90 minutes of chair massage I'm feeling the burn!

I decided to skip zumba today for two reasons-first was that I'm low on gas & trying to make it stretch and the gym is 40 minutes from my house....the second is that I haven't felt quite like myself today. Low energy and kinda draggy feeling. Maybe it's the rain, everything around here is flooding. Anyway, I beat myself with a stick for a while for skipping out on zumba-but I just keep reminding myself that I did make it to all three classes last week and I'm going 3 days a week now before work. Lord help me. I guess there are going to be days like this, but I hate them. :(

I'm pretty happy with the way my day went today. I got up (thank God) in time to go to the gym (4:40am)--worked out. 40 min cardio & 10 minutes free weights, took a shower and headed to work. The day passed pretty quick for me, and I only noticed being kinda sleepy and draggy by around 4:30, so I think that's good-since I work 12 hour days. I am thankful that I was able to get my butt up outta bed and get to the gym before work. It took a load off of me after work, too. I didn't weigh in today because of my period and I don't want to upset myself.
