Hi. Ok, Im back again. The last stand. It is now or never.... I seem to do fine, a 1lb a week and them I either lose the plot, or start exercise and nothing happens and I know I need to give this more chance. So here goes.....

Still doing the challenge. I have found it a little hard with more running and thinking of doing the same week twice. So see.

Ok. So started at 11.11 and lost 3 lbs in my first week back to losing weight and becoming the slim person I always wanted to be. I am keeping an eye on what i eat, and walking/running on my treadmill. Did not expect to lose this much but with the running - its great. Will be where I want to be in December.
