yesterday was a cheat day!!! ten days till hawaii! I think I can lose a couple more pounds before then!! no drinking! less fat! good carbs are ok. 5 of my workouts need to be an hour and a half!! (more cardio)
goal weight is still 105, but I would be happy if I can reach 107 my hawaii!! that's about 2 pounds a week!

fat intake has been a little high this week so far!!!!
really need to cut back on sweet things. but overall doing ok.
have 12 days left til hawaii.
