I keep saying that I want to remember to write down what i eat just to keep in mind how much I'm eating/what/when...College food isn't exactly the healthiest in the world. I'm really not a fan of that.
I recently went grocery shopping (finally) and bought some items for lunch and breakfast so I'm not constantly eating all the processed crap they have for us at school.
I have to go back and get some juice and such. Most of what they offer to drink in the dining center is soda or juice or pre-sweetened iced teas that are LOADED with sugar. I've never really like super sugary drinks or soda.
So that has left me with the drinking choices of water & coffee. Which I guess isn't so bad, as long as the water amount outweighs the coffee I guess. '
I'm definitely not getting that much extra exercise other than walking to classes/clubs/food. I have to figure out what's around here so maybe I can take a long walk someday, but its getting cold so we'll see. Maybe I'll invest in some winter appropriate walking clothes soon.

Overall I'm just trying to not let the stress and crappy food options get to me. I really need to get back on a better sleeping pattern, waking up at 7 and going to bed at 12/1 am isn't my ideal...Living on campus for school isn't my favorite...I've been heavily debating switching to online so I can live at home, minimize the stress, actually have money & not have to live off of crappy dining hall food and ramen...
We'll see though...

I'll admit, well first of all I forgot about this website XD

Second of all I haven't been as vigorously following any sort of diet or exercise as I'd like to have been.
My weight has fluctuated between 190 to 194 since I last posted.
I've been trying to eat better, my less goals being less sugar, less caffeine, more veggies/fruits, less junk foods.
For the most part I've followed this, but seeing as how I work at dunkin 4-6 days a week, I'm sometimes unable to eat as well as i'd like, especially in the afternoon because I have limited choices for what I eat at the store...which is no excuse, but the reality is I get hungry running around there all day and my choices for foods are bagels, muffins and donuts so, yeah...

Recently though I've been feeling really down because of how blah my diet has been so I've started making changes. Right now it's less donuts more water and I've been sticking to that fairly well.
So that's it for now...hopefully next time I remember to update I'll have something better to report!
