Oh I haven't been on this site for a long time. At work, we are doing a weight loss challenge. I lost 3 pounds in the first week. I am very excited. I hope this will help me stay motivated.

I definitely need to incorporate vegetables. I have not been good about recording food, but I am trying not to beat myself up about it. Every day is a new day! What do they say? It takes 21 days to make a habit! I am proud that I am consistently exercising. YEAH!

I bought some healthy food today. Half the battle is planning what to eat! I went to McDonald's while I was out. I thought the chicken sandwich was a good choice. After recording it on my diet calendar, I realize it is not. I think I would have been better off with a small burger?!?!

Today I'm recording what I eat. I am not really counting points. I need to get some groceries because my refrigerator is void of anything healthy eating worthy!
