I was on point w my carbs today, but then I overindulged with wine at dinner, had several glasses. Feeling bummed.

Had a Starbucks Venti SF Vanilla Breve Latte & totally blew my carbs because I didn't check the nutrition info. I Had no idea it had so much half & half. I feel horrible.

Horrible sugar cravings continue on Atkins induction day 4. Luckily I found some sugar-free reese's peanut butter cups from my last Atkins attempt a year ago & was able to satisfy my sweet tooth.
