I have been trying out this program from the book, "The Diet Solution" by Isabel De Los Rios. It's more about finding out what is your Metabolic type is, changing what you eat(more fresh/organic), and the way you think about your self and food. I have read over half the book. Made a few changes in my diet and have lost weight. Lets see if this is good for the long haul. I need not a diet, but a life style change.
