I was so disappointed when I weighted Sat morning. I had gained!! Maybe it is because I haven't been drinking th amount of water I am supposed to. I WILL do better this next week!!

YESTERDAY 2/2/12 Since I work Sat, I got to leave work early. Did some errands and made a big salad with lots of cut-up veggies. After Supper, I sat down and promptly went to sleep. I got nothing done, but I did catch up on some much needed sleep.
TODAY 2/3/12 Slept through alarm. Did not exercise. I guess all that sleep was needed. I feel really good. Tonight is house cleaning.

Third day of having to exercise by myself. Only 2 more to go then husband will be joining me again. Eating a salad for lunch sure does curb my hunger. BUT I don't get in the proteins I need for the day. Tonight I want to rearrange my bathroom closet. I would REALLY like to get some sewing done, but.....

Husband working this week, so I have to exercise alone. Did good last night and Mon not eating late. Hope to see results when I weigh.

Up early. Exercised 5:30 to 6:30a.m. at gym. Not very busy at work. Have done good today, so far, eating properly. have everything ready for tomorrow.
