Thought I had done just awful today... ate mcdonalds for luch and had a small blizzard with the kids tonight, but I didn't go over my calories. Scared the tar out of me, won't be doing that again! Been working to hard.

Well last weekends camping trip I did awful and it shows. Gained 2lbs. But not going to fret, just staying on track now and working out for 30 min a day at least! I can do it! Staying positive!

Did awesome yesterday! Stayed so busy worked out in the morning for 30 min. Today I also worked out for 30min. Ate awesome yesterday and today so far! Its going to take some time, but i will change me! Yay me! Keep it up!

This weekend i did not do so good. One step forward and two steps back! Started out good this morning. Did my cardio core for 30min and did 6 minute abs aslo. Feeling good need to keep up the motivation!
