I have to keep telling myself that it is okay to have a cheat day. I go weeks or months without tasting my favorite snacks and then when I actually give in I binge. I have to refocus and get my butt in gear.

I was able to work out last night which was good but got up in the middle of night really hungry. I ate a small handful of goldfish. I know this wasn't good and I feel guilty for doing so but I have to forgive myself and do better today.
