Breakfast was good for a change. First attempt at poached eggs was a beginner's success. I actually had 23% of my RDI. Since I've netted an average of -1,300 per day, I feel a larger breakfast and lunch will help. And dinner before 6pm is my plan! That will deffinately have the least amount of cals for the day. More treadmil since it's raining it's pouring!
