Snacking at Before Bed
have you tried ARNOLD flat sandwich bread? i have the before bed carb cravings, too and i've gotten into having 1/2 - 1 slice of this bread. it's 1 point, full of fiber, and REALLY good. especially with a little smear of i can't believe it's not butterWink

i suspect if you cut a couple hundred calories a day, but not much more, you'll loose the weight and keep the muscle. if you're loosing more than around 1 pound a week, you're probably loosing muscle. regular lifting and running/walking should help you keep your muscle mass, too. . . my WW leader always says to substitute exercise points with protein. i think it's a good idea. good luck!
