There isn't much to say about me. I live with my boyfriend and my two kitties, and I'm just getting a little tired of carrying the extra weight around. I would really like to get in shape, and not be panting every time I climb the stairs to our apartment haha. I would like to be able to sleep better, have better skin, be more relaxed, and I know that exercise and diet helps a great deal with all of this!

I'm using the My Fitness Pal app, so we will see how that pans out! Atm, I'm giving it a solid thumbs up.

I know I can reach my goals, it's just all about the motivation <3<3<3

Positive Atitude
I usually skip lunch. I'm counting calories, and am working the 11-7 shift, so I am too busy to get hungry. I generally just eat an apple for breakfast and then have a nice dinner. If I eat lunch, it tends to throw off my whole day.

diet buddy ladies?
I'll be your diet buddy Smile I'm trying to lose 20-25 pounds and don't really have anyone to motivate or encourage me. I moved to a new town, and don't have any friends here, and my boyfriend tries, but he's not too concerned. "I love you anyways hun." NOT HELPFUL! Hahaha <3<3<3

CONFUSED???
I used to do that! Sometimes i still do! It all depends on the reason for losing weight. Do you want to do it for yourself? If so, why? To look better? To feel better? For your health? There are so many different reasons, and for me, to lose weight, I have to do it not just to look better, but for my health. Before, I always just wanted to look better for my boyfriend, and I'd fall really hard into binge-eating. But lately, I'm more concerned with my health and my heart and have been able to stick with it (mostly). I give myself little "cheats" every day, and that also helps to curb binge-eating. I think losing weight can be emotionally and mentally exhausting and it's very stressful, so sometimes, you're bound to just have a little "snap" moment. Diet buddies make it easier, hint hint <3<3<3
