There isn't much to say about me. I live with my boyfriend and my two kitties, and I'm just getting a little tired of carrying the extra weight around. I would really like to get in shape, and not be panting every time I climb the stairs to our apartment haha. I would like to be able to sleep better, have better skin, be more relaxed, and I know that exercise and diet helps a great deal with all of this!
I'm using the My Fitness Pal app, so we will see how that pans out! Atm, I'm giving it a solid thumbs up.
I know I can reach my goals, it's just all about the motivation <3<3<3
