Ok, it's for real this time. I'm going to eat under 1200 calories a day and try my best to do at Least a little bit of exercise every day. I won't quit !

I'm not quite sure how I got to this weight. It's not that surprising but I'm really disappointed in myself. I haven't weighed this much since before my Dad died, and I promised myself I wouldn't get here again. So now I'm making a commitment, and despite the embarrassment of admitting this, I feel better for starting this journal.
