Back to Keto after the weekend trip. Scale today morning showed 69.7. After normalizing for water weight ballpark would be 70.5kg.

The weekend long trips are not helping my Keto plan. I tried to remain ‘no carbs’ maximum but there were hidden sugars like salad dressings which increased the carbs in my macro. and a scoop of ice cream after walking 9 miles in scorching heat did not help at all, gave me guilt trip
