So today I am starting my diet anew FOR REAL THIS TIME. All summer I have had 'false starts', etc. because, well, the unstructured nature of summer just caught me completely off guard. I would spend days slacking off, playing games, and eating junk around the house.

Needless to say I didn't get ANYTHING done that I promised this summer and the structure and rigid scheduling I have planned for when school starts again excite me to no end- finally, some semblance of sanity! I have school 5 days a week and work another two, so sleep will be a problem, but other than that I will be a productivity monster. I've even written a schedule guide/rule page on my corkboard at my desk. These rules include my diet.

Since I'm starting college classes in January (or there's a HIGH likelihood I am) I am really nervous about how people will view me there. I want to make friends, and look my best, and discipline myself as well to prepare for the rigors of college. I plan on a 1,500 calorie diet with my usual school-year exercise (like the diet I embarked upon in 10th grade, 2 yrs. ago, but failed at D:) which was walk back/forth to school 4 miles, strength train/ various exc. afterschool, and counting work/walking to work as exercise.

I calculated my BMR and exercise for all days of the week and projected my results, then checked losertown to verify. I am expecting this:
9/28: 145.6 lbs.
10/26: 139.3 lbs.
11/30: 131.9 lbs.
12/28: 126.4 lbs. (even though my GW is 130 haha)

I am so excited for this! I mean, wintertime, halloween, dieting/college, etc. Way too nervous for it all though.


Today's plan: Work on college essay some more, prep for tomorrow (FIRST DAY OF SENIOR YEAR! What an appropriate date to start a diet, eh? New beginnings on two counts xD), work out on treadmill since I'm being sedentary otherwise all day, etc. :)
