Help!!
So my name is ashley and im 18 yrs old and im a proud mother ofa 2 mnth old and through the years I continued to gain weight im in need help. Im the heaviest I have ever been 245 . Does anybody have any indeas of working diets and exercises that has worked for them I want to lose at least 40 lbs by june/july. Thank you!
