Well. I haven't been here in months and as soon as I signed in I felt instantly better.
I've been stressing about my weight, but seeing that I've lost 52 lbs in actual text is so motivating, I've had a smile on my face. Sure, I'm going slowly, but surely, trying not to make the same mistake I have before; shedding tons of weight in a short period of time and gaining it back. This time is for sure. Anyone who feels like giving up, I PROMISE tomorrow is another day. Chins up! :)
