I just did weight watchers for a long time and was happy with the results but recent events in my family have caused me to start stress eating. I've been going up and down between 5 pounds and need a change. Had success with Atkins in the past but want something a little less strict and I want to be able to eat fruit sometimes. Paleo has been a big success for some of my friends and seems really healthy so I'm going for it. Back to Fatsecret after a year :)

Best friends Dad was murdered, great grandma in the hospital dying and had to put my cat to sleep. The past couple weeks have been some of the hardest in my life so to gain only that much is an accomplishment in my eyes. My points started over today, I am back on track and putting all my anger and emotions into working out. Life is short and I need to do all the things I want to do.

Mothers Day killed me but it could be worse and it was worth it. Week starts over today. Back on track with food. Been exercising regularly which I am very proud of myself for :)

So glad I made the switch to Weight Watchers. I feel so much better and finally broke that stall.

I have been hitting my points and using a little extra since I started Friday. I am under today and I was wondering if its ok to be a little under on your points? Also when you gain back activity points do you have to use those? Any help would be appreciated :)
