I'm trying to psyche myself up for tomorrow. Due to all the fun at Satan's Waterfalls this week, I know that tomorrow's scale is going to be up. And it won't bother me this time, as I know I'm on the right track, and I have been feeling much better, especially in the morning when I'm not flooding my body with carbs, and my pants and such are looser. I will try to remember this tomorrow morning.
