Lunch is ready for work tomorrow... this is getting a little easier the more I do it.
Snack options: Pickles, Almonds, 1% cottage cheese mixed with 2 table spoons of Ortega mild salsa, and a stick of part-skim string cheese.
Lunch: Salad, all freshly made with Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, and a can of tuna -- with a little onion and garlic powder to pick up the flavor of the extra virgin olive oil dressing I plan on using.
