Had a really shitty night at work last nite, fought the urge to indulge in ice cream.
got home and ate my chicken breasts then saw my room mate had ordered pizza I had a slice and wanted more so i grabbed another slice and scraped the toppings off and threw away the crust, was still bitchy and wanted more so i ate the last 4 cookies i had in my cubboard before i started dieting. after i was done eating i didnt feel ant better, i knew i wouldnt. so today i hit up the gym. i hate that i turn to food when things go wrong or i am unhappy. its kind of a conundrum because when im thin im happy but when im overweight im bitchy and i over eat when im un happy so round and round it goes, i just want to get to my goal weight and live a healthy lifestyle and stick to it.

Went grocery shopping today at the walmart super centre Ive never shopped for groceries there before, It was so inexpensive to my delight.
I bought a weeks worth of leafy greens some yellow and green zucchinis as well as quite a bit of meats and some cheese for under 50.00 buxs, pretty cool! went to the gym for an hour. have had lots of water already today and remembered to take all my vitamins and supplements. OH and I managed to clean up my house too and do laundry, now its off to work.
