Ladies Night with my girls from work tonight!!! I switched my FREE day from Saturday to today.
My next FREE day isn't until next Saturday. But I'm not trippin' since I'll be in Miami about to board for my CRUISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I refuse to pig out on the cruise. However, I'm not going to deprive myself. My goals are to eat plenty of fruit and maintain the weight I am when I board.

My eating habits have been HORRIBLE!!! It's not that I'm eating unhealthy foods. I'm just not eating. I'm not trying to starve myself. First of all, that's impossible for me since I love food way too much. I think the problem is my evenings are so busy that by the time I get home I'm exhausted and go to bed. I have GOT to get that under control. I need meet my RDI on a daily basis, eat every 2 hours and incorporate more fruit and veggies in my diet.
I'm pretty sure this is why I'm tired all the time. I had class last night until 9, went home, took a shower and was in bed by 9:40 with NO dinner. Looks like I'm going to have create a daily meal plan, go to the grocery store and make this happen!!!

I was a little discouraged yesterday b/c I looked at a picture of me on March 15th and May 10th and didn't see a difference AT ALL with my weight. I think I'm expecting too big of a difference and thay's why I can't see it. Other people see it but the scales don't lie and I'm losing. I need to be patient!!
I just found out that 5 other girls from work and I are going to Vegas in November!!!! That's going to another motivating factor for me!!! Once my cruise is over, I'll still have something else to look forward to!!!!!!! I'm pumped!

I'm so sleepy today. I walked yesterday and did Zumba late last night. I'm taking a late lunch today and am walking when I take it. I'm also doing Zumba again tonight.
I'm at the point where I'm tired of watching every single thing I eat. I just want to get my grub on and not feel guilty!!! BUT...I'm seeing progress so I need to suck it up and keep moving forward.
I NEED A NAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
