I've got to do something about my weight. My hip hurts because of all the extra weight and I get out of breath too easily. I don't want hip surgery. I am doing this all alone, so it's hard to get motivated or stay motivated for long. I can't stop snacking, especially at night. When I start an exercise regimen, it doesn't last long. It gets boring by myself. Luckily, I don't have high blood pressure or diabetes (yet). It won't stay that way if I don't do something now! My husband is also 50 pounds overweight, with high blood pressure and diabetes. He wants no part of dieting or exercising, so that makes this even more challenging. I need help!
