Since moving to our new place and getting a new job, we have been eating out a lot and my schedule keeps changing. I gained 10 more pounds because of this.
I am now back on a diet. I use logic and scientific reasoning for most of my decisions, because of this I started to do the "low calorie" diet.
It makes more since to me to figure out how much energy (calories) I would need if I was 135 pounds and only eat that amount. When I figured out this formula, it was like a light bulb went off. Can't wait to see the results!
