Hello,
I just returned from a doctor's appointment when he suggested that I follow a Glycemic Index Diet. I found this site while googling the GI Diet. I'd be very interested to hear about how others are doing on this plan, the challenges and successes. I am waiting for blood tests to come back to verify if I am diabetic or pre-diabetic, but even if I am not I still am looking for a structured eating plan and a new way to view food. We eat out quite a bit, so I'd be very grateful to hear about how to order in restaurants according to the GI Diet. I'll be starting tomorrow, so here goes EVERYTHING!

Alli ????
Hi! I was part of the Alli First Team, which was a group of people in the US (approx 400) that was given Alli for two months and required to report the results. I did lose about 10 pounds, but the Treatment Effects are pretty bad. At least they were for me. Some people reported zero Treatment Effects (I don't want to get too graphic here- but trust me- it's quite unpleasant and has to do with FREQENT bathroom issues). If you can stick 100% to a very low fat diet, you will do well. From my understanding, you will lose 50% more weight than if you just diet and work out on your own. I hope that helps and GOOD LUCK!
