I'm a little disappointed in myself after last night. I was trying to be so good too! Weighed out my dinner... weighed out dessert... but was still craving pecans! So I had some... with 2 measured tablespoons of frosting. It's completely taking over my "cheat" cravings. I don't know why... I just love it! So, okay fine, I measured out the nuts and know exactly how much I ate. Great. But still... still... disappointed. It added like almost 300 calories to my daily total. GAH! I know today's a new day but I regret that decision and it's haunting me a little.
