Why is it when I try to work out this week, it rains or storms. Haven't done anything I planned. Only work out so were the make shift ones while cleaning. I had errands to run and planned on walking to get those errands done... Rain. Getting ready to shut this contraption down as I hear thunder...

Ok. Starting over. Trying to loose weight for two reasons 1.) For myself---to look and feel good about self, 2.) nedding more energy and 3.) to look GREAT for my step-son's wedding (date unknown yet). THe challenge I'm facing is lak of energy. I'm about to be 35 years old. A year ago a severe illness was the start to my weight gain. The illness lead to surgery and rough recovery. It also has caused me to go into early peri menopause. At 35, my body and metabolism is that of a 50 year old woman and i have no clue how to take care of myself in that way. I'm leaning. I lost 30 of the 80 pounds gained during the illness. So, here's to starting over.
