I was meant to weigh myself today BUT with my bad toothache & me only running minimum 5kms a day ...I think I'll wait until next Saturday to weigh myself & hope for the best ...any opinions????

Ive got the worst toothache ... and everytime I run, my heartrate goes up & the thumping pain gets so much worse. it's affecting my workouts ...this sucks.

Just came back in from a 9.72km run, I burned 771calories and it took me 1hour & 11mins & walked 10,822 steps ...love being able to track everything with my Galaxy smartwatch ...my heartrate is lower too,which means my endurance is improving ...GREAT!

THREE more days before weigh in 💓 I'm feeling good about this week & last week & REALLY HOPING I'll be under 70kgs (which was my goal for the 17/2/24 so ...hopefully 🥰🔥👍
