I am 43 and decided that now I am comfortable in my own skin it is time to let the inside match the outside. I have been married and raised three wonderful kids who are now out on their own. Now that I have earned my way to freedome I would like to make the outside as beautiful as the inside. It is my time. I am a computer tech for the state I live in. I am making plans to travel to Melbourne Australia for holiday and feel sitting in a plane seat not having my bottom squashed or hanging over the seat would be wonderful. I have lost already lost 40 pounds and now the goal is to get away from the dreaded 200 pound mark that has been an ever present in my life since my youngest was born. I am excited and positive that my joining this group will show as well demonstrate that if you put your mind to anything it can be achieved. Support by community makes a world of difference.
