O Yeah! That vacation weight is coming off! Still have 11.4 pounds to go to get to my lowest weight before vacation. I really do need to learn to exercise in a different way when on vacation other than to see how many trips I can make to the buffet table. I sabbotage myself every time. I don't plan to lose weight when I'm on vacation, in fact I know I will gain a little, but it is UNREAL that I can gain the amount I do SO quickly! 22 pounds in 3 wks. That's just crazy. Some of it is of course too much food and too much to drink (and I don't mean water), but a lot of it is swelling also. In the past year I have found that if my feet are dependant too long, such as when I'm on a plane or in a car for long periods of time my feet and legs really swell alot. Then of course there is the added sodium intake. My Mum asked me if I had been having too much salt. I told her "Yes, you just can't have a Margarita without it."
