My energy is finally increasing. I am doing this with a friend who lives in a diffrent state and she has been talking about how she wakes up bouncy and full of energy. I thought it was because she was a morning person and I sooooo am not but this morning I woke up bouncy, smiling, and God help me PERKY! Granted I did oversleep and not get up til eleven. Buteven in the past I haven't woken up peppy. The cutting carbs down system must be working.
