Lunch today was stir fry veggies and pepper and onion blend with rice. I also had a chicken thigh. 330 calories. This was very good and will keep me full for a long time! I hope everyone is enjoying there day!

I'm not a morning eater but woke up starving...so I made a breakfast pizza lol. Whole wheat tortilla, cheese, salsa, ham, and arugula. Cucumber slices on the side lol. 225 calories of yum!

Supper tonight was clean out the fridge salad lol. Baby arugula, spinach, salad mix, carrots, celery, green onions, chickpeas, tomato, boiled egg, sweet potato, and pork roast. With Italian dressing. 416 calories. I love a good layered salad if that makes sense? Before and after it was stirred lol.

Good morning! Hopefully, today will be a good day, was good yesterday food wise but the put-downs was not fun lol. I went online shopping and bought me a bathroom scale and food scale so that was fun. Way better than going to Walgreens to weigh me lol. Everything should get here in less than a week, hopefully the scale is accurate. I hope everyone has a blessed day!

I feel like I should be happy, but still, feel like I should have done better? Am I being too hard on myself? I think it's my doctor putting ridiculous numbers to lose on my mind, making me feel down. Wants me at 340 come March and I know it's going to be hard and a long shot so it's taking the joy from any other loss.
