Went to an "aircinema" this evening at Riverside park, and took time to make sure that the walking I was doing meant something instead of strolling. To add up the time I walked around and up hills. My back started to ache but I persevered and pushed on.

I did it. I went for a walk yesterday. Man was that a challenge. I know that even with the osteoarthritis I should be walking, but man was it slow, but I did it. wowowowo I did it.

This was a great start. I'm up 5lb.
Tried to sleep in the Living room with my grandson. At 4:30 finally decided it was not going to work and we both headed for bed. What a fiasco. Then again before I could finally get back to sleep (pouring rain and dogs needing to go out, and then back in, one at a time of course) I indulge in several of my trigger foods.. Not good but at least I went back to sleep. Unfortunately the scale showed it today.
Going to start the challenge today. Walk for 30 min. every day. Walking to and from church is about 30 min. and the sun is shining. Today is looking like is it going to be "a good day that the Lord has made." Jane
