Helpful ways to avoid food please!
Totally, I agree with abidder... 9 lbs. is freakin' awesome... and you shouldn't be so hard on yourself... My husband and I eat out a lot on the weekends... what I've been trying to do is check out to see if they have like healthy meals in their menu and I just pick one of those... I have the bad habit of scarfing my food down too fast... but when I'm hungry I'm hungry... and when I'm done I'm just like you I feel horrible... Like I ate a cow or something... and when I don't eat like that I'm still starving... and since being on a diet I'm constantly hungry... I feel like I'm eating more now too... I use to eat a lot at one sitting and that worked for me so I really only ate 2 a day but when I ate I ate... lol...
I also agree with abidder on getting half the meal wrapped up if you were to choose something that is too heavy...
but you're doing awesome... so keep up the good work...

ITS ON LIKE DONKEY KONG...
I use to love going shopping... Now I can't even stand to look at clothes... knowing that I have this belly fat that just hangs... and since almost all the jeans are low rise, the jeans just flop under that flab... then I put jeans that button up by my belly button and I look like those moms with that pudge that you can see thru the jeans... OMG its so frustrating, embarrassing, depressing I can go on forever on how bad it makes me feel... My uterus ripped in a couple of spots so that's why I couldn't put on a girdle it took at least 2 months for my stomach to stop hurting... till this day its still sensitive in some spots...
I wonder if that hanging belly will go away ever... and let's not even talk about the stretch marks... the things women have to go thru... I mean really, and what about the men... its all pleasure for them... lol... not fair, waaaah!!!
