My numbers are finally on the move!! I've been stuck in the same 5 lb. weight bracket for WAY too long. Not going out to eat has helped a lot. If I'm going to pay for a meal in a relaxing atmosphere, the last thing I want to think about is staying low-fat, low-carb, etc. Now going out to eat is going to be my reward after I'm 10 lbs. down. By that time I'll probably be so pumped about my progress that I won't want to eat bad anyway. It's funny how your body stops wanting thing that, at one time, you thought you couldn't live without. I'm feeling good!! :-)

I'm disappointed in my weight loss, but this has been a tough week at my house. I've been to the doctor's office with my kids, and I've felt pretty bad myself. I'm not making excuses. I'm just ready to hit it hard next week. :-)
