Well, down 10 pounds, one more day on the induction diet, looking forward to adding 1/2 slice of bread to my day on Wednesday morning! It will help with the eggs as I'm almost tired of them. Although I really could eat eggs everyday! Still need to add veggies to my diet and then start adding some small fruit. Found yogurt today that's only 7 carbs for the whole thing, so if I eat half, only 3.5 grams of carbs! Going to start with the exercise tomorrow too!
