well I am back loosing again. I was doing great and all of the sudden I weighed myself one morning and I went up 7 pounds!! I stayed on my diet PERFECTLY!!! I was soooo upset!! But I did not get discouraged, and finally, I went back down plus a couple more pounds!! FINALLY!!

I ate a little too much for dinner last night. I also had dessert. but I walked a lot and also went swimming. All in all I did not do too terribly bad, but I know I could have done better. All I can do is start over today!

I tried on some of my old clothes yesterday. I was very happy to see that some actually fit and the others aren't too far off. I will try them again in another two weeks (July 11th) and check back in...
