HAPPY EASTER!!!!!Weighed myself yesterday,and to my surprise...... No Weight Loss!!! I'm not upset,I have been doing really good lately!!!! My body I think is telling me to take a break!!

I started a vegetable soup diet a week ago,so far I have lost 10lbs... I feel really good about it. I eat vegetable soup all day and drink water... I do my regular exercise and I have gotten up to 300 sit-ups using my machine( Thank God)!!!!!

I did not lose the weight that I wanted to this time,but I am really ok with that,I have been doing my exercise and drinking plenty of water. I have to remember to write down my food and exercise on myfatsecret page rather than my journal at home...... Life is good,next time I will have a better weight lost.....
