Dear Journal,
Well, it seems I'm back on track with my eating and working out!! Yay!! I'm down to 120 & only a few pounds away from my goal!! I have to do better with my 100's of crunches, pushups, squats & lunges, but I'm taking it a day at a time!! My thighs were 20 3/4 inches & my butt was 35 3/4 inches. I'm looking for 20 inch thighs & a 35 inch butt, so we're on our way...

Dear Journal,
O.k. I have been super lame lately, & thrown my diet and exercising completely down the toilet!! I have been suffering from some major depression & turned to treats to make myself "feel better". I am ready to repent & start all over again!! I did my 100 crunches, 100 pushups, 100 squats, & 100 lunges on Monday night, but as I was going to go to the gym last night, my husband suggested we go to "In-n-Out"...I couldn't resist!! But now it's crunch time!!! I want to be to my goal weight by my birthday...March 22, & I want my "Hot Body" (toned and all) by my 5-year anniversary...April 8. Is it possible?...I sure hope so & am willing to work extra hard for it!!

Dear Journal,
I AM SOOOO PISSED!!! I went to sushi for my brother-in-law's birthday last night, & gained 3.5 pounds on it!!!! It better be water weight from all the soy sauce!!! I am just about to start the starving!!! Today at least will be one of those days!! I CANNOT let my body get used to this weight!!! Why is it that I'm going backwards?! I still had at least 1,000 calories to eat when I went to dinner!!! WHAT THE HELL?!!! It's nothing but a few pieces of fruit and small protein shakes today!!! I better be down to AT LEAST 122 tomorrow!! And 120 the next day!! I also didn't make it to the gym yesterday because I got to buried in my laundry & ironing & chores around the house...then this stupid dinner!! I am SOOOO SICK OF BIRTHDAYS & CELEBRATIONS IN THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY!! I still have to deal with the Valentine's Day treats!! Ugh!!
