Today is a hard one for me...mint patties are calling my name....I only had a small one but I should have just walked away. I need to get better. At least I am not tossing my cookies any more. I have started to chew more and swallow less. Helps so much. I just really wish I could have a big swig of pop or something fizzy more than just water and diet juice. YUCK!!! Staying with in my 1000 cals is really hard and I just want to stop some days...I would love to go back to my old way of life for just a little bit but nope. I guess it is a little bit of regret and I wish that I did not have that but I know it is normal and I will get over it. It is all about one day at a time.
