Wholegrain? or Multigrain?
Basically, the difference is that multigrain products are made from multiple grain sources, and may or may NOT use much, if any, whole grains at all. But as was already suggested, read the label, because there are some great multigrain breads out there that are made with multiple types of whole grains as well.
